The piece is set with 2 pear shaped and 4 round brilliant natural diamonds. The approximate diamond weight is 1.50 carats, graded approximately G-H in color and SI-VS in clarity.

Total weight is 7.45 grams, total approximate gem weight is 7.25 carats.
