At Radiam Inc., we take pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and uniqueness of every piece we offer. Each item, especially our custom and estate jewelry, is carefully inspected and handled to ensure it meets our highest standards.

Due to the nature and value of our products, we maintain the following policy:

No Returns or Refunds – Exchanges Only

All sales are final. Radiam Inc. does not offer returns or refunds.

We offer exchanges only, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be in original, unused, and unworn condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any certificates, documentation, and accompanying materials

  • The item must show no signs of wear, damage, resizing, or alteration

Radiam Inc. reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet these requirements.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry

  • Resized or modified items

  • Special orders

  • Final sale items

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery

Exchange Process

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Description of the item

  • Reason for exchange

If your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.

Inspection and Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Radiam Inc. reserves the right to deny exchanges if the item does not meet our exchange conditions.
